About Me and this Blog

Writing the about me section may be the toughest part of doing this blog. “Tell me about yourself.” Isn’t this always the hardest question you get asked in an interview, or when you meet someone new. I know I always struggle with this question. I don’t know maybe it’s because I’m still figuring trying to figure out who I am, or maybe its because i’m at a transitional point in my life. Anyway here goes, my best shot at answering this question.

Originally from Indiana I moved out here to the east coast about ten years ago to pursue my academic career. After long time, and a lot of hard work, I recently graduated with a Masters degree, and am about to embark on my new career. Along the way I have gotten married to sweetest women I have ever met (she is sleeping on the couch next to me as I write this) and we have adopted two dogs that are basically our kids. I have an appetite for knowledge, a passion for life, and a desire to grow and evolve as a person. Other than that I’m just a laid back person who loves sports, food, music, new tech, and a good laugh.

Now that you know a little about me, come and join me on the ride that will be this blog. If your wanting to know what my plans are for this blog are, your guess is as good as mine. Right now, I think this blog is going to be a way for me to chronicle my thoughts, my experiences, and talk about whats going on in my life and the world. Along the way I’m sure there will be posts about my new career, my personal life, and almost guarantee that I will talk sports from time to time. Please feel free to comment, share in my experiences, and offer your advice when you think I need it. All I ask is that you try to keep it light hearted and positive, and I will  do the same.
